You may experience cultural differences in Samui Island

Though Samui Island is one of the most westernized places found in Samui Island, there are some cultural differences here. You will have to adjust your watch to 'Thai time' as people here don't actually have an obsession for schedules, as Westerners usually do. If a local says that a job will be done tomorrow, it usually refers to it being done in three to four days' time.

When in Samui Island, you have to live like the locals

There is no point in your following systems you used to follow in your home town. You find that things just don't seem to work in the right way here.
